Affiliate Terms
Partner: A webmaster (individual 18 years or older, or a legal entity) who agrees to the terms of this document and promotes the Pin-Up Partners Affiliate Program online.
Affiliate Program: A technical marketing platform that provides promotional materials to webmasters for promoting the Pin-Up Partners Affiliate Program online.
Product: A project (betting, casino, trading) promoted online using the provided promotional materials.
Advertising Materials: Tools provided to affiliates to promote the Affiliate Program’s products online.
Traffic: The group of players brought to the Product as a result of the partner’s promotional efforts.
Offers: Terms and conditions (including restrictions and rewards based on the payment model) that govern the information partners post to promote the Product online.
Payment Models: Compensation methods for specific results achieved through the partner’s promotional activities.
CPA (Cost Per Action): Payment for the first deposit made by a player.
Revenue Share: A percentage of the Gross Gaming Revenue (GGR), calculated as the difference between players’ stakes, winnings, and bonuses, minus administrative fees (10%) and payment processing fees (10%).
Hybrid: A combination of two payments: the first for a player’s initial deposit and the second for a percentage of GGR generated by a cohort of players over a minimum period (usually one month).
Active Player: A player who regularly returns to the Product, makes deposits, and plays for real money.
Reporting Period: The timeframe during which earnings are calculated for the partner, with funds available for withdrawal through external payment systems.
Conditions for Working with the Pin-Up Partners Affiliate Program
- Partners must review and accept the User Agreement before starting work with the Pin-Up Partners Affiliate Program.
- By participating in the program, the partner agrees that this User Agreement may be updated without prior notice.
- By accepting the User Agreement, the partner confirms they are 18 years or older.
- Partners are responsible for safeguarding their personal login credentials. The program is not liable for any data loss.
- Pin-Up Partners reserves the right to refuse cooperation with any partner without explanation.
- The program can update its Terms of Service at any time, with the latest version always available on the website.
- If players brought by the partner fail to meet quality standards, the program reserves the right to switch to the Revenue Share model. Signs of poor quality include multi-accounts, high refund requests, low return rates, or less than 50% of repeat deposits.
- Partners are prohibited from registering accounts with the Product via their own promotional materials. Such accounts will be blocked.
- Cookie stuffing for the Pin-Up brand is strictly forbidden.
- Due to EU sanctions, Pin-Up does not offer services in specific occupied territories of Ukraine.
- Motivated traffic that attempts to bypass Pin-Up’s rules will lead to account suspension.
- Partners must verify that their promotional links are functioning correctly.
- The Postclick period for storing cookies is 30 days, after which settings are erased.
- Partners cannot register as a Referral if they already have a partner account or if they manage a Referrer account. Partners may not hold more than one affiliate account unless they notify support and provide justification.
- The program reserves the right to request traffic sources from the partner. Refusal to provide this information may result in account suspension.
- Payments may be blocked if the program suspects the partner has violated any rules. Accounts may be blocked without notice in case of violations.
- Abusive or offensive language towards support staff may lead to termination of support services and account suspension.
- Communications with the program team are confidential, and disclosing them may result in account termination.
- Using images or photos of politicians, or placing ads illegally, will lead to account suspension.
- Using .ru domains for SEO or landing pages is discouraged due to possible blocking.
- Copying content from other brands or using clones of successful sites to promote the Pin-Up brand is prohibited and will lead to account suspension.
- Brand traffic from certain advertising models (e.g., one-page sites) is only accepted under the CPA model.
- Before starting, partners must provide information about the advertising materials they plan to use. Refusal to provide this data may result in account suspension.
- Partners promoting Pin-Up via Telegram must not impersonate others or use misleading content. Violations may result in account termination.
- Some keywords are restricted for certain geos in organic and PPC traffic. Violating keyword restrictions may result in account blocking.
In case of violations, the Affiliate Program reserves the right to close the partner’s account and withhold payments.
Affiliate Commission Structure
Partner earnings are based on the net income generated by players they refer. The standard commission rates are as follows:
40% for Casino players
40% for Sports players
Partners who refer other affiliates (Referrers) earn 3% of the profits generated by those new affiliates (Referrals).
Settlement Terms with Partners
- All balances and reports are calculated in US dollars.
- The reporting period is every 15 days: from the 1st to the 15th and from the 16th to the end of the month.
- Payments are made within the first 3 days after the reporting period ends, provided there is a positive balance.
- Payment details must be updated at least 5 business days before the end of the reporting period.
- Partners must provide correct billing information in their accounts to receive payments.
- The program determines any delays in payments (Hold) at its discretion.
- Early payments are not offered, and the minimum payout is $50.
- Negative balances do not carry over if the partner requests a suspension of commission accrual on users with negative income.
- If funds remain unclaimed for more than 6 months, the account will be blocked and the balance written off.
- Players attracted via the partner’s link may be switched to the Revenue Share model if fewer than 10% of them remain active by the end of the month.
- Partners who attract fewer than 10 players within 6 months will forfeit their earnings. If fraud is suspected, the qualification threshold may be raised to 30 players.
Dispute Resolution
The program does not consider claims for lost profits or moral damages. Disputes must be submitted via email to support within 3 calendar days of the issue. All disputes are handled via written communication and negotiation. Claims must include the full name, email, account number, date, and time of the dispute, as well as a description of the issue. The program may reject claims that do not meet these conditions or contain abusive language, threats, or defamatory remarks. Disputes unresolved through negotiation within 3 months will be referred to the courts under Cypriot law.
